EPIC

All students wishing to volunteer must complete EPIC training via UT Learns.

1. Log in using your UTHSCSA credentials, and find the course “EPIC EpicCare Medical Student [WBT]” Students may enroll and complete the course at any time.

2. Once all the modules are completed, students must submit the SFCP Security request form. Please allow up to 2 weeks from submission for access to be granted. Only one form should be submitted.

3. After you have received access, log in monthly to avoid losing access.

Students are only allowed to volunteer at 2 clinics without EPIC access.
