Students wishing to volunteer must complete EPIC training via UT Learns.

Log in using your UTHSCSA credentials, and find the course “EPIC EpicCare Medical Student [WBT]” Students may enroll and complete the course at any time.

Once all the modules are completed, students must submit the SFCP Security request form. Please allow up to 2 weeks from submission for access to be granted.

After you have received access, log in monthly to avoid losing access.
Student are only allowed to volunteer at 2 clinics without EPIC access
